DATA PROVIDED DIRECTLY BY THE USER

The identification and contact data as well as those relating to the type or sectors of interest imply consent to their use in order to send the newsletter as requested by the user.

Specific summary information is reported or displayed on the pages of the Site set up for the services on request, in such a way as to draw the attention of the interested party to the processing of his/her personal data.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The data (such as the sender's address as well as any other personal data entered in the registration form) sent by choice of the user and voluntarily will be used to send the newsletter as requested by the user.

The data collected will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third parties without the express consent of the interested party, except for any communications to authorized third parties - committed to confidentiality or in the case appointed as data controllers pursuant to art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (such as companies operating in the IT and IT assistance sector and hosting companies, web-marketing companies) where necessary for the purposes set out in this information notice. Personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD TO COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA

In relation to the processing purposes set out above, the data may be transmitted abroad and processed by third-party entities, also established in the territory of countries outside the European Economic Area, such as the United States of America. 1. a) obtain:

• indications regarding the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the state, managers or agents;
• indications regarding the period of retention of personal data or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to determine this period;
• access, updating, rectification or integration of data concerning him/her;
• cancellation without unjustified delay or limitation of processing;
• data portability, i.e. the transmission of data in a commonly used and readable format by any device and the right to transfer them to another data controller (where technically feasible);
• certification that the operations referred to in the preceding points have been brought to the attention, including with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, unless such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected;

1. b) revoke the consent given at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
